Ken the Intern - BP

Ken told us that he used to play baseball in high school. Well, that was a long time ago. We want to see if he still has it. We are still waiting for the right time to have him catch a bullpen. We have fireballers, knuckleballers, and junkballers. Not sure which one Ken should attempt. The pitchers got to take batting practice today because they threw a shutout last week. JT gets worn out throwing to all the pitchers so Ken was the logical choice to throw BP to half of them. He started out pretty good. When I got out there he was still pretty consistent. After a while, fatigue started to set in and he started to fade.

After this he got nervous and couldn't throw strikes. Overall, he did well though. Better than everybody expected. Well, everybody except for Andrew Doyle.....

  1. I'm starting to think Ken needs a blog entirely dedicated to him. His beatboxing efforts were hysterical. Maybe, "Ken's Life: From Intern to Intern-national Superstar." I'd add it to my google reader.
